She founded Thase Consulting, a leading firm known for its medical monitoring services and pharmacovigilance expertise in clinical research. Her leadership shines as the Sub-Saharan Africa Program Lead at the HIV Vaccines Trial Network, where she manages key research initiatives aimed at tackling HIV in Africa.

Dr.Takalani is not only a practitioner but also a scholar, with numerous publications in prestigious medical journals. Her contributions have set new standards in clinical development and patient safety, solidifying her as a key authority in the field.
