Angela Roberts

Angela Roberts is Managing Partner at craresources. Prior to joining craresources, Angela spent 16 years as a Hiring Manager for high performing teams, including ten years with IBM, rounding out her IBM career as one of four Senior Transformation Executives managing global programs.

Angela is a PMP certified professional with significant Operations and Account Management experience. By invitation, Angela co-founded craresources in 2008 with a mission to build a better Recruitment Agency – one which focuses on Doing the Right Thing and consistently providing High Quality candidates to the Clinical Research Industry.

Over the years Angela has been actively involved with many industry organisations such as the Association of Clinical Research Professionals (ACRP) to drive a stronger definition of competency within the CRA space. She has been published several times with these organisations as well as with The Clinical Leader, Life Science Connect, Applied Clinical Trials, CenterWatch, Xtalks, Recruiting Blogs, and the Drug Information Association (DIA). She has also been invited to speak at many events including the Global ACRP Conference in April 2018.

Angela personally oversees the operations within craresources and has worked with her team to establish an extremely robust recruiting process, with a goal that every candidate craresources’ represents not only meets requirements but exceeds expectations.
