Cari Jacobs-Blom is a caring and all-round quality manager with comprehensive operational, supportive and managerial experience. Known to be creative, innovative and out-of-the-box thinking and passionate about training and coaching people.

Ms Jacobs, MSc was trained as a biological health scientist (Maastricht University, 1992). She started her career in clinical research as a clinical trial monitor and medical manager at Roche the Netherlands.

She proceeded her career with different roles in clinical operations (CRA, Project Manager, Operations Manager, head Clinical Operations) at several pharmaceutical companies (MSD, Centocor, Janssen) as well as CROs (Quintiles, Cardialysis). In all these roles, there has always been a link, special interest and responsibility in Quality Management and process optimization.

In January 2018 Ms Jacobs joined CR2O, a full service clinical CRO as Director Quality Management.
