Jazmin Barnes

Jazmin is a Clinical Research Associate II (CRA II) within the clinical research industry, working at Syneos Health. She graduated with a bachelor’s in psychology from the illustrious North Carolina A&T in December of 2018.

Upon graduation, Jazmin had huge dreams to attend medical school & become a psychiatrist. However, after a few months of attending a post-bac program, she realised that was no longer her dream.

After a ‘failed’ dream, Jazmin then began to network and look for other opportunities that would allow her to be impactful in the lives of others. Ironically she stumbled across clinical research! Jazmin is also the Brand Ambassador Leader for Black Women In Clinical Research.
